We actually drove over the dam on US 93 this construction I think is for a new road to keep traffic off the dam. That is just my opinion. I have not confirmed that, however, they had an inspection sttion set up at the state line where uniformed officers inspected all motor homes. They came inside the coach and had me open the outside compartments for them. I have no problem with this I am only passiing the information along.

Hoover Dam July 6 2009
